Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we do offer a package inclusive of day-of support, A/V, decor and other necessities to simplify your planning.
We can fit 200 guests seated and much more for a standing event.
We have a basic speaker system & wireless mic available to rent. You can bluetooth a playlist to this system for background music too. For other AV needs, we can direct you to our preferred AV partner and sound experts.
We provide tables (no linens needed!) and chairs for your use for up to 200 guests. If you would like linens, they are available through our epic vendor rental partners or your vendor of choice. We offer a range of decor items like draping and arches at an additional cost to customize your event.
BASH has a dedicated onsite parking lot for your guests, with additional free parking lots conveniently located just around the venue. With a 24-hour space rental, guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight — just plan to pick them up before 10am.
There is a prep kitchenette available that has stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. However, all cooking is to be done outside. If for some reason you need a large amount of ice (for example, you are having a raw bar during cocktail hour), please notify us in advance. Having the caterer bring in their own bags of ice may be required (and we all know snow ice looks better on a raw bar anyway!)
