Our catering-focused open house invited prospective clients to explore BASH while sampling culinary creations from our epic vendors, all under one roof.
The idea was simple: make it easier for future clients to find their perfect caterer and get a firsthand look at how BASH can be transformed into the ideal backdrop for any event. With stunning decor trends inspired by the season, a lineup of epic vendors, and helpful tips on how to elevate any gathering, this open house was more than just a tasting—it was an experience.
Bringing Fall Trends to Life
Our Client Concierge and Planner, Addison, has an eye for style, and she made sure this fall open house reflected the best seasonal decor trends. She incorporated a palette of deep green, gold, and warm tones—perfect for autumn. But that wasn’t all. Addison knew that seeing is believing, so she used some of BASH’s favorite in-house decor pieces to show how versatile the space can be for any event.
- Hexagon Arch: This stunning arch, decorated with florals that matched the arrangements on the tables, was a showstopper. Perfect for weddings or grand entrances, the arch added a striking focal point to the room.
- Grid Walls: Want a stylish seating chart? Addison showcased how grid walls can be used to elevate a seating display. Guests could see firsthand how this unique touch adds both function and flair to events.
- Hedge Walls with Hanging Frames: Addison also used our hedge walls, adorned with hanging frames showcasing past events at BASH. This not only displayed the versatility of the space but also gave clients a look at how personal and DIY-friendly BASH can be for any occasion.
Elevating the Bar Experience
Our Bar Service Manager, Ayden, knows that a well-curated bar can make any event unforgettable. For the open house, Ayden used our gold shelf to display drinks alongside stylish rental glassware options. The gold accents played into the fall color scheme and showed prospective clients how easy it is to create an elegant, elevated bar experience for their guests. Who wouldn’t want a picture-perfect drink station?
Food, Friends, and Future Events
Of course, the highlight of the event was the food! With a focus on helping clients find their dream caterer, we brought in our top food vendors to offer samples. From savory bites to sweet treats, there was something for every palate. Prospective clients had the chance to connect with vendors, sample their menus, and start envisioning the perfect caterer for their upcoming event.
But we didn’t stop at caterers. Our fall open house also included a variety of vendors who could help with other key elements of event planning. From DJs to hairstylists to decor rental companies, clients could get a feel for all the vendors who could help bring their vision to life—all in one place. We wanted to make the planning process as easy as possible by giving clients the chance to meet and mingle with vendors who know and love working at BASH.

For Addison, the best part of the event was seeing prospective clients interact with the vendors we hold near and dear. “Planning any type of event can be stressful,” she said. “So being able to create a space where clients can meet with the vendors they need, see our venue in action, and feel inspired—that’s what it’s all about.”
