As soon as Stephany toured BASH, she could see how the blank canvas could work in bringing her vision of a light and airy romantic garden to life!
Since the couple wanted to get married over Memorial Day Weekend (aka Indy 500 Race Weekend), they loved that BASH was close enough to Indianapolis for guests to fly in, but far enough away from the track that they could avoid crazy traffic and higher hotel rates.
Stephany and her bridal party got ready at BASH, and had the sweetest first look!
Afterwards, Stephany and Andres held their ceremony at their church, and took photos after the ceremony in downtown Carmel, all the while trusting their vendors to transform the space for their reception!
The vendor team worked together to create the romantic ‘glam garden’ aesthetic that Stephany had been dreaming of.
Atmospheres Indy hung draping from the ceiling, and installed a large greenery chandelier over the dance floor, while A Classic Party Rental brought in round tables for additional guest seating, as well as dramatic draping behind the sweetheart table.
For dinner, the couple opted for a plated meal from First Class Catering, which left them room to have additional guest tables and fun elements such as BASH’s photo booth!
Guests loved the stunning flower wall from Lu’s Party Boutique, which served as the photo booth backdrop.
For additional entertainment, the couple hired a mariachi band, which was truly the life of the party! Every single guest was on the dance floor, creating the biggest, most fun celebration!
Stephany and Andres had huge smiles on their faces all evening, and the team at BASH was overjoyed to watch these sweet newlyweds enjoy their day.
This event was a perfect example of how versatile BASH is as a blank canvas. With the right combination of rentals and incredible vendors, BASH can transform into the wedding of your dreams – no matter your style.
